Administrative secreteriat
The Administrative Office is responsible for overseeing all administrative and financial operations within the Department of Life Sciences.
Specifically, it manages::
- management of revenues and invoicing
- internal fund transfers
- procurement and public tenders
- expenditure and taxation
- agreements and contracts
- grant administration and financial reporting
- assignment of collaboration contracts and related payment procedures
- PhD scholarships
- research fellowships and grants
- fixed-term researcher contracts
- travel arrangements and reimbursements
- general affairs and support to the department’s executive office.
