The Administrative Office is responsible for overseeing all administrative and financial operations within the Department of Life Sciences.

 

 

Specifically, it manages::

  • management of revenues and invoicing
  • internal fund transfers
  • procurement and public tenders
  • expenditure and taxation
  • agreements and contracts
  • grant administration and financial reporting
  • assignment of collaboration contracts and related payment procedures
  • PhD scholarships
  • research fellowships and grants
  • fixed-term researcher contracts
  • travel arrangements and reimbursements
  • general affairs and support to the department’s executive office.
