Cognition and applied cognitive psychology
This research line includes groups that experimentally investigate cognitive functions (perception, attention, memory, learning, thinking, decision making, language), emotions, action and their interrelations. Basic research constitutes the main focus of activity within this line, but groups are also involved in projects referring to several areas of applied psychology (sport, health, stress management, cognitive aging, instruction, risk perception, cognitive ergonomics, human-computer interaction, decision support systems).
